Once we realize that we are what we create, our focus begins to shift. We start to evaluate our words, actions and as importantly, our thought processes with the affirmation that to live life in love, non-judgment, healing and forgiveness is truth. This is the ALL. We are divinity and we are perfection. As co-creators and creators, the possibilities are endless. Limitation does not exist, unless you will it, after all free will does prevail. Do you choose to live your life in mastery or exist in a world of hopelessness and helplessness, as a perpetual victim? There is always a choice. Every time we berate and admonish a colleague, friend, family member or stranger, we are living in disempowerment. For it is only in our self-judgment that we stand, encountering our own reflection in those before us. By letting judgment and fear control us, we are denying that spark of divinity that is so brightly lit within.
Would any of us consciously choose to do this? Perhaps. Yet why, when it would be so simple if the alternative were chosen, manifesting love, beauty and abundance in ALL. Which do you choose? What do your actions; words and judgments speak about your fears? As you step back and look into your life, see your personal and professional lives from a clear perspective. Do they exist in love or fear? Know that both of these emotions cannot occupy the same time and space at once. If you have dissension in those relationships around you, look closely, for this is truly a ‘blesson’, a gift.
An emotion or belief within you is begging attention and in turn, release freedom and empowerment. In fields that some view as subjective, aromatherapy in particular, we often view an amplification of this fear manifesting as ego. Sadly, in this arena where we recognize the power of intention, we constantly belittle the work of others. Yet, if we could open our hearts as well as our minds we would see that each work is equally important to this magnificent tapestry, which we are all weaving, and ultimately to the advancement of this field. For we cannot truly realize our potential for individual gifts and uniqueness until we acknowledge that we are one unit built from the same mold.
Furthermore, if you acknowledge yourself as a divine being of light and love, if you trust in the equality of above and below, what could there possibly be to fear? To fear is to disavow your power. LET GO and step into your strength, step into your birthright. Surrender paves the glorious road of alchemy. As we consciously begin to lose our need to control every situation and all those around us, we shall advance on the path to enlightenment, no longer allowing ourselves to seek wholeness by giving away our ‘power’ to those whose quest is dominion. Reciprocally, we cease to allow others to give their power to us, particularly as ‘all and powerful healers’. There is no such claim in truth. We are all teachers and students, simultaneously.
As our eyes now shine with clarity, we can fully realize that with every interaction that we guide ourselves to, there is an exchange of energy. Ego begins to fall away as we encompass the truth that we do not ‘heal’ anyone or anything in such terms. Forgiveness and compassion of the self is our leap of faith. Then as this beautiful lotus unfolds within, healing manifests on a universal level without. We take back bits and pieces of ourselves lost along the way. In laughter, tears, in teaching and in learning we fit those parts together again in balance and in truth. This is mastery. Claim back your power. Stand tall in celebration, for we are all equally gifted and blessed.
