Together, we have reached the 6th step in the Personal Evolution Triad. We have risen from the base step of Survival and Struggle. We are almost at the pinnacle, we're at the Actualization step, the sixth chakra: Ajna.
The essential oil and crystal we're going to be working with today are Spikenard and Lapis Lazuli, for the Ajna center. When we're working with this center this week, and we're working with the concept of self-actualization—the Survive to Thrive triad is all about moving along our own individual pathway of self-mastery and this meditation will invite greater vision and clarity. We're also connecting to higher level spiritual concepts and precepts.
This meditation will include an activation of the pineal gland and the glands that are associated with the eyes and partial brain. The pineal gland is that aspect of the endocrine system, kind of like a pine cone shape, that relates to our melatonin production, which of course is connected to our serotonin levels. So the pineal is instrumental in not only mood regulation, but balancing our circadian rhythms as well.
From a spiritual perspective, this gland, when it is open and activated and receptive, is all about us being able to connect into higher levels of consciousness, being able to tap into cosmic templates and universal understanding, and to bring those into and through our auric field, and then bring them down through each of our chakras, down to the very base chakra, which is where we actualize our intentions and longings for this life.
Essential Oil Alchemy:
Spikenard medicine holds the sacred blueprint for spiritizing matter. It awakens a deep memory of reverence for the gamut of human experience. Spikenard invites the understanding that the Earth is a schoolhouse for soul growth and consciousness expansion. It is a thick and viscous aromatic reminiscent of ancient earth, and is potent alchemy for pineal activation.
Crystal Alchemy:
The alchemy of lapis holds cosmic templates of mystical awakening, sacred geometric formations and connections with our benevolent starseed allies. Invite lapis medicine into your intentional practices to experience harmonic induction from the universal perspective. Goddess Isis is deeply connected to lapis lazuli, call on its alchemy to open psychic alignment with her potent wisdom and vision.
Visualization:
Put one drop of your oil in the palm of your left hand and take a deep breath in. As you're breathing in, invite in the clarity of your intention for this healing today. Wherever you feel called to bring the light of divine consciousness and the love and sacred connection within this group, for all those that are here, and all those that will come in the future. Any aspect of your path of self-mastery that you would like to bring the light of divine consciousness to, invite that in now and know that as you're breathing in the aromatic molecules, you are opening a new circuit of light and healing, a new memory cell within your brain.
Envision the brilliance of your light. Invite in a clear understanding of who you are and why you have come here, now.
Breathe, as this golden ray of light comes down to your pineal gland and begins to illuminate each cell in the pineal, to open and expand the cellular consciousness and to drink in the light of divine connection and cosmic blessing.
To activate the pineal to receive the highest level of light quotient from the great central sun, gleaming through this planetary construct to balance each aspect of your physiology and begin to activate the elixir of life to drop into your main channel of energy.
Affirm, “I am the light that is eternal.” This plane of divine consciousness is illuminated within your pineal and is eternal.
Breathe deeply as this golden light begins to expand until every cell is singing in unison, unity, and clarity. Levels of ancient wisdom are awakened within your soul.
On your next breath in, a sacred geometric formation begins to move down through the higher realms. This is a seal, a sacred seal of protection. This form, as soon as it anchors within your auric field, shifts from gold to Lapis Lazuli. This Lapis bubble of light and protection seals your field, and will continue to activate the innate memories of mysticism held throughout your DNA, cosmic teachings of how to work with the elements and the forces of light to co-create and actualize the new earth. You may sense sacred geometric formations swirling through your field.
We offer this healing for the earth and all kingdoms of life upon this sacred planet. May we remember the sacred power held within, our divinity, our sovereignty. May we continue to bear the torches of illumination and remembrance for those who will come next. So be it.
If you have any oil left on your hands, take a deep breath in for about 30 seconds as you complete this circuit of light, of healing, this new memory cell within your body, being, and brain, fused with the activation of this pineal attunement. When you're ready, bring yourself back to the present moment.
