This is the first in a brand new series, the Life Pulse series. The life pulse is found within us and all of nature. Everything in life moves through waves of expansion, contraction, stasis, and how each of these waves is critical to not only our integration but our greater evolution and our deeper understanding of who we are and why we're here on the planet.
As we're coming and aligning to be more open and receptive, it is important to remember the wholeness that already exists within us. It's such a profound process to cleanse away the layers and energies that we no longer need to carry with us and the patterns and frequencies that have been carried through our DNA and our lifetime experiences at the soul level.
We are here to anchor higher levels of light so that we can remember the truth of who we are and to recreate and co-create heaven on this earth from a unified state of consciousness and from the frequency of divine love.
Essential Oil Alchemy:
Eucalyptus medicine is one of opening and receptivity. One of the most versatile essential oils, it benefits multiple systems of the body including the respiratory and musculoskeletal. This immune bolstering aromatic is wonderful for colds, cases of flu, respiration, muscle aches, and pains. From an energetic, spiritual, and emotional perspective, it is deeply liberating, supporting us to open and to receive new experiences, new life and new energy.
Crystal Alchemy:
Scolecite medicine is multidimensional and incredibly expansive, it connects us to high level cosmic templates. These milky white stones hold a very high vibrational frequency that can open the higher realms, activate the earth connection, and expand your ability to receive universal understanding. They hold the template of unity consciousness and invite gentle waves of receptivity into our cellular consciousness.
Visualization:
Go ahead and place one drop of eucalyptus on the left palm of your hand. The left palm is an energy vortex and receives a higher frequency.
Go ahead and take a deep breath in and know that you are inhaling the aromatic molecules and that they are connecting with the systems and structures of your brain through this process of olfaction.
Invite the clarity of your intention as you're inhaling, your intention will anchor through the aromatic molecules anchoring them into your brain, blood, systems, and auric field.
With a simple invitation of opening, inviting the intention to open your mind, body, heart, soul, and cells. Bring your awareness to the dantian point, about an inch and half below your navel, to your energetic core, and invite your core to sync and connect in with the earth. Dropping deeply into this moment and into your physicality, the beautiful, blessed temple that carries your light, quintessence, and soul.
On your next breath, envision a golden line of light dropping down from the center of the dantian through the root, which begins to open. The line of light moves down each leg simultaneously, to the soles of your feet, which open and expand.
All three lines of light converge at the earthstar chakra and sync.
Invite your consciousness to rest here, take a moment to deepen your relaxation, breath, and presence.
Relax into the safety, strength, solidarity, and nurturing abundance of mother earth, Gaia.
We are here on Earth day and you know every day is earth day, the day of reverent celebration for our life and the fertile life of this beautiful planet.
Open and receive the blessed embrace of mother Gaia.
As you bring your gaze upward, you are invited to a mossy pathway. This pathway leads to a circle of nine beautiful white crystals. These crystals seem to go on for miles as you keep gazing upward and you feel a sense of welcome to the center of these stones.
Golden light seems to pour down from the higher realms, into the center of these nine milky white crystals, and yet, the mossy pathway also fills the center of this circular stone structure.
Go inside the circle of stones and seat yourself comfortably upon the mossy ground.
The stones hold a very high vibrational frequency that can open the higher realms, activate the earth connection, and expand your frequency of vibration of understanding. They hold the template of unity consciousness.
Breathe as you are called to deepen your connection to the earth.
Root and lower chakras begin to expand and increase their vibration.
You are supported by the allies of the elementals, who invite you to become more playful, to remember the joy of innocence, wonder, and the deep curiosity that existed in you when you were young, free, open, when you felt most alive.
Breathe, open, expand.
You align with the universal understanding of the divine mind.
Golden light moves the structured levels of your field now, repairing, lifting, and activating the grace of divine consciousness raining down upon you.
A deep sense of communion and connection.
As above, so below.
Earth frequencies are now moving up to your heart, divine light moves down, entering the heart. Both heaven and earth energies swirl, intertwine, and dance within your heart space, which opens.
We call forth the cosmic consciousness and vital life force of eucalyptus and scolecite. We invite the fullness of your vibration, medicine, awakening, consciousness, and love to anchor and actuate through every cell, particle, electron, and structure through each bloodline and layer of the field at a potency of 10mm, now.
Breathe, open, recalibrate.
You may feel energy moving like waves from each one of the trillions of cells in your body expanding, spirals of light expanding.
Now, in the very center of your heart space, seeded in the center, a new spiral begins to move outward from the center of your heart, a beautiful white crystalline light.
You have come to recognize that the divine is not outside of yourself, and yet, it is within and without.
All that exists here is divine.
It is only that which you think you see in gradations. The words I Am ignite the mightiness of your divinity, your divine light, and quintessence.
I Am That, which is divine expression, experience, and the emanation of divine love.
Invite this frequency of divine love to permeate and presence itself throughout you.
Drink it in, at this moment, and let it flow to each and every moment of your past, future, and everything that you encounter, every person, place, plant, animal, stone, and even that does not seem divine. As even this is only a stage of forgetting.
Heal any place that has been holding on, feeling resistance, melt and expand in openness through your love.
Light is moving down through your vertical power current, up through this channel, swirling into your heart space.
Your soul expands.
Your joy expands.
Your vibrancy expands.
Your light expands.
Your love expands.
From this point of expansion, you hold the entirety of our home and earth with such love and gratitude for all the beauty that exists around and within us. We are made from the earth and we return to the earth, the heart of the life force, the circle.
We offer this healing for the earth and all kingdoms of life on this planet. Each beloved kingdom plant, mineral, animal, and human are all sparks of divine light and sovereignty, all unified within our home, Gaia, mother earth.
Take a breath of gratitude to the sacred circle of stones, the blessed awakening that we have experienced here.
Take a deep breath of any oil left on your hands, completing the circuit of light and a new memory cell that is forever held within your brain, body, and being.
