This meditation is going to be on returning to innocence. Regardless of anything we've experienced in the past, we have the opportunity to renew and to approach life from a more lighthearted place of innocence, of joy and to be open to the best of what life has to offer beyond and above our wildest dreams.
When we can look back at our past and know that every struggle, every place we've held in self-judgment, self ridicule, self-loathing, and any place that is coming to the surface to heal and come back into cohesion allows us to move into a deeper place of innocence. From that perspective, we can be open without being jaded. We can feel light without feeling burdened. We can feel clear without feeling bad about it. And that's one of the most beautiful gifts about returning back to the place of innocence in our heart center because we can come back to that lighthearted perspective.
I had a teacher once that talked about the Walt Disney song, ‘When You Wish Upon a Star’. In essence that speaks to our ability to manifest, to actualize our heart's desires, our deepest soul’s longings, and that it really requires us to come back to that perspective of innocence and believing in the best of what's possible. And the best of what's possible for humanity, for Earth and for all of the aspects of politics, economics and every area where we can see conflict. We are invited to come into a deeper place of innocence within ourselves to dream the dream that we wish to see and experience in the world. To really be able to take that dream and magnetize the power of Spirit within us to be able to create it.
ESSENTIAL OIL ALCHEMY
When thinking about the theme of returning to innocence, the spirit of lavender, and it’s medicine of the peacekeeper came to mind. It has the ability to dissolve conflict, not just from the internal perspective, but in relationships, corporate structures, politics, and all of the areas that are seemingly spinning out of control around us right now. I like to work with Kashmir lavender because it has such a soft and gentle aromatic profile. Bulgarian and French lavender are wonderful too.
If you have lavender or any other essential oil that you feel called to use for this meditation, you can place a drop in your left palm and inhale deeply. If you do not have any oil, that is ok because we will be invoking the cosmic consciousness and vital life force of lavender.
CRYSTAL ALCHEMY
The crystal for this meditation is opal. Opal embodies gentleness and peace. Yet at the same time it emanates every other light ray, so it has all other frequencies, including the frequency of infinite possibilities that are held within it from a vibrational perspective. If you have any form of opal or another crystal that you would like to have with you, you can hold it in your hand or place it on your body. And if you don’t have any crystals, we will be invoking the cosmic consciousness and vital life force of opal.
MEDITATION
On your next breath in, bring the attention of your awareness to the dantien point, and let the breath flow in and out with ease and grace. Inviting all this stress, tension and uncertainty from within and around you to dissolve. And on your next breath in, invite a golden line of light to drop down from the very center of your dantien, out through your root chakra, down through each leg simultaneously, through the soul of each foot, and all three lines of light converging at the earth crust chakra and sink.
Moving down layer by layer, effortlessly sinking into the nourishing safety and protection of Mother Earth. Connecting into the core crystal at the very center of our earth mother, inviting your consciousness to sink and connect in this sacred chamber of communion. Standing at the core crystal, you see the crystal itself begin to expand and encompass your body and your field, as you journey into the womb of creation...into the very womb Gaia, surrounded in opalescent light.
See, feel, allow, imagine on your next breath in that it is permeated with the sweet and soft aroma of a thousand fields of lavender flowers. We invoke the cosmic consciousness and vital life force of lavandula. We invite the fullness of your vibration, your medicine and your spirit to anchor and actualize upon each cell, particle, subatomic structure through the portal of the DNA and into the mother and father bloodline, with the remembrance of peace and innocence at a potency and 10 mm NOW.
Breathing this light, opalescent light into each layer of the field, through the skin, into the blood, the bone, the marrow. Held in infinite love, protection and light. Restoring the perfected blueprint from Creator. Breathe in as your field expands. Breathe in as your cells remember the template of innocence, and all else falls away. Allowing the layers of density to dissolve with this opalescent light.
A sweet smell of the lavender permeates and unifies your divine light throughout your cellular consciousness, held in infinite love in the womb of creation of Mother Gaia, mother of all mothers. Breathe deeply as your cells recalibrate with this new level of light quotient, resting in a deep state of peace, tranquility, harmony.
Invite in your intentions for yourself, your loved ones. We offer this healing for earth and all kingdoms of life upon this sacred planet. May we awaken collectively to the spark of divinity and sovereignty that resides within us and unites us as one. So be it.
If you have oil left on your hands, breathe it in to complete the circuit, and to anchor this healing throughout your cells and holographically throughout your field.
When you're ready, you can bring yourself back to that present moment.
