This topic on Embracing our Infinite Light came to me as I realized I was going to be doing the meditation on my birthday. Our birthdays give us such an opportunity to embrace our light. To really honor the fact that we've chosen to be here in this body, with these personality aspects, on the planet at this critical juncture of great shift.
For us to be able to embody the higher levels of light that are tangible right now, we are invited to go into the places of shadow where we have dishonored our light in any way and bring forgiveness and transmutation. In doing so we create more expansion and ability to hold those higher levels of light in our cellular consciousness, run them through our DNA, embody them within our hearts and our energy field, and then transmit them to everyone and everything that we come into contact with, further lifting the vibration, further creating this new heaven on Earth.
ESSENTIAL OIL ALCHEMY
In this meditation we’ll be working with sontaka attar. It’s a really rich and beautiful aroma. Sontaka attar comes from an enormous white ginger lily grown in southern India. The attars I have are very special. They came from my first trip to southern India many years ago, where I had the wonderful opportunity to go Into the farms, ponds and other distillation areas to harvest the plants.
If you think about the sontaka flower as being this enormous white Lily, that speaks to the place of infinite light that exists within and all around us. We can expand into that frame of consciousness and merge our current level of consciousness, our personality aspects, our soul with this higher frequency of light.
You can grab any oil that you have and place a drop on your left hand, the left-hand receives the higher frequency. Then inviting in the aroma, the aromatic molecules, to travel through the olfactory bulb up to the limbic center so we can create this beautiful new circuit of light and this beautiful new memory cell of this healing vibration. If you don’t have an oil that’s ok because we’ll be working with the cosmic consciousness and vital life force of sontaka attar.
CRYSTAL ALCHEMY
The crystal for our meditation is a tree agate. My sense about this stone being white with veins of green, is that it allows us to pull down the frequencies from the higher realms, and with those beautiful green veins to ground them into the earth in new ways, which is what we are being called to do now. How we can maximize the level of light quotient that we're able to pull down from the higher realms, down through our system and every layer of our field, down into our cellular consciousness, through our DNA bloodlines, and into the earth.
We're able to do that by letting go of anything that no longer serves the truth of who we are, which is part of the invitation today. If you have a crystal at home, you can hold it or place it on your body. If you don’t have a crystal that’s ok because we’ll be working with the collective consciousness and vital life force of tree agate.
MEDITATION
Take a deep breath in bringing the focus of your attention down to the dantien end point, about an inch and a half below your navel. Letting the breath move in and out from your lower belly with great ease and grace. Letting all the tension and stress of the day, the week, and the times dissipate and dissolve. From the very center of your dantien, envision a golden line of light that drops down through the root chakra, simultaneously down through each leg, out through the soles of the feet, and all three lines of light converging at the earth crust chakra and sink.
Moving effortlessly down through each layer of the earth, down to merge with the core crystal at the very center of Mother Gaia. Resting your consciousness here. Drinking in the amber life force from the very center of the earth. Rejuvenating, regenerative light now moving back up through the hara line, all the way up through the earth crust chakra, back up to the dantien point. Flooding the dantien with renewable life force until the dantien point begins to pulsate with amber light. This light then begins to triangulate up to each of the adrenal glands, which are held in the etheric pyramids. Each adrenal gland is bathed in this amber light and life force. Lifting the density, the draws, the heaviness, any places of depletion, exhaustion, constriction.
Inviting this amber light to move through each of these temples, into the cellular consciousness of each adrenal gland and then into the mother and father bloodlines. Unwinding any energetic, motion, beliefs, thoughts, and constructs that have limited your life force in any and all ways. Breathe in this amber light. Spiraling now through your DNA, spiraling through each of your bloodlines and through your entire lineage, cleansing and clearing any energy drains on your life force, any constriction on your sovereignty, any places of abuse, slavery, any place where the life force has been suffocated or dishonored.
Breathe as these frequencies continue to unwind and transmute into light. Now bring your attention to slightly above the adrenals, as well as above the sacral chakra and below the solar plexus to the vortex of your essence, your quintessence, that light that is unique to your energy signature. Bringing your consciousness deep within this sacred chamber of light, and rest your consciousness here as this light begins to expand, to pulsate and amplify into each cell, into each molecule, particle, subatomic structure. Activating the spark of divinity and sovereignty within the bone, the blood, the marrow and expanding out now into each layer and level of the field.
You may feel a swirling within or around you as this frequency increases. Trigger the light. This light of your sacred quintessence begins to bathe the etheric pyramids of the adrenals with this frequency. Envision this light moving through each of the bloodlines that are still recalibrating. This infinite light now continues to expand throughout your field as you bring your conscious awareness into the very center of your heart space, into the zero point field of limitless creative potential.
Inviting in the presence of your highest self, your I am presence, your spiritual teachers, guides, guardians, angels. We invoke the template of forgiveness and in sacred ceremony of intention, release any and all places of dishonoring your light through all time and no time, all aspects, all dimensions, all realities, all incarnations, through the mother and father bloodlines, and back to the point source light. May the energy of grace permeate this sacred ceremony within your sacred human heart that is the vehicle of multi dimensional reality.
We call forth the cosmic consciousness and vital life force of sontaka attar and tree agate to awaken and actualize infinite light within our breath, our vision, our cells, our bone, our blood, our marrow. You are the light of the Infinite One. That light knows no bounds or limitations. Each layer of the field is reconfiguring, realigning. Each vortex of light is expanding. Your heart light is expanding.
We offer this healing for the earth and all kingdoms of life upon this sacred planet. May we awaken to the spark of divinity and sovereignty that is illumined within each of us and unites us all as one.
If you have any oil on your hands, go ahead and breathe in deeply to complete the circuit of light, to close this new memory cell of healing and communion, and anchor it forever within your consciousness. So be it.
