This is a series of meditations transcribed from my Monthly Mary Magdalene Circle. We are at a time of the great rise of the divine feminine and that also means to be inclusive of the masculine and the divine masculine. From the human perspective, we all have both our female aspect and our male aspect. We also have our child consciousness aspects.
With the male and female, we have a beautiful opportunity in this life to bring a sense of greater understanding and balance to these aspects, which allows us to anchor our soul and our soul work in a much more grounded and comprehensive way. The masculine and feminine represent our lineage and what is seeded within our DNA and our bloodlines from both our male and female perspective.
We have trillions and trillions of cells in our body. Each cell is imprinted with every single experience that we've ever had since our time of conception on a physiological, physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual level. And while everything is imprinted on each of our cells, the same is true for our mother and our father, for their mother and father and so on. We are these incredible walking miracles that have the potency and the potential to bring the power of divine consciousness into the present moment to heal not just from this incarnation, but all the way through our past incarnations and even through our heritage and DNA. This not only paves our path and our future, but does the same for all generations to come. We are ultimate co-creators on this path, and particularly at this juncture of time and space, we are feeling and hearing the calling from within that says, “awaken and rise.”
Remember to connect, honor, love, forgive, and be compassionate. Remember your magic. Remember the power of communion and community, and that starts with us on the individual level. We must first bring our intention and focus inward in order to see things from a different light. Inward is where it all exists. We are microcosms of the macro and by working intentionally and with different forms of plant and vibrational medicine, we open up to the quantum field of frequency and shift. I like to refer to this as the zero point field of limitless creative potential that exists at the very center of our heart space.
This limitless potential can be hard to access if we're carrying so much density, draws, heaviness, sadness, grief, betrayal. These are all aspects of what we can refer to as the third dimensional rub, but they’re also the opportunity because we can learn to transmute them. There are all of these frequencies that are coming forth in the collective consciousness for us to release and transmute. It’s important to remember that when we see and feel these frequencies in ourselves, we know that we're not alone in that. We know that it's happening from the perspective of the cosmic consciousness. From the framework of this great shift on the planet right now, all of these lower energies have to surface to be cleared and transmuted in order for us to be able to witness, embody and then co-create with new frequencies and new levels of light that are available to us.
And so this series of Mary Magdalene meditations is a sacred time for healing and working with her and invoking her frequency, energy and wisdom. To initiate healing within us and to be able to have that sense of communion with her on our own inner planes.
ALCHEMICAL INTERVENTIONS
With my background as an aromatherapist and healer, I do a lot of work with plants and crystals; with the plant and mineral kingdoms. I always incorporate them into meditation because they offer such potent alchemy for us to transform, transmute, and transfigure. You don’t have to have crystals or oils at home because in each meditation, we invoke the cosmic consciousness and vital life force of both. However, if you do have an oil or crystal I invite you to use these synergistic elements together.
ESSENTIAL OIL ALCHEMY
I work with essential oils in meditation because they open the energy centers, meridian points, and cellular consciousness to receive the full vibration and medicine from the healing journey. Also because of the clear connection between olfaction and the limbic center of the brain, it allows us to create a new memory cell that is filled with the healing energy we receive in meditation. It opens a new circuit when the meditation begins and closes the circuit at the end of the meditation. The memory cell is then anchored into you and your limbic system forever and is always there for you to be able to access it. Specifically because the limbic system is a lock and a key, you can access this new memory cell through inhaling the same essential oil.
For this meditation, we're going to work with cistus, which is also called rock rose. It is a very ancient biblical healing oil. It helps to awaken ancient, latent coding within our DNA of divinity, communion and sovereignty. Cyprus and Myrtle are wonderful oils for working with faith and surrender, or any oils that can come into the throat, which holds the template for divine will. When we're talking about faith and surrender, this is an area for us to cleanse, clear, balance, and expand.
If you have an essential oil that you'd like to use, you can go ahead and place a drop on the left hand.
CRYSTAL ALCHEMY
Azumar medicine is one of gentle strength. It holds the frequency of the angelic realms and offers us the ability to let go of held places of mistrust, resentment and loneliness. It opens the connection between Divine Love at the heart and Divine Will at the throat to align for deeper faith. If you have a crystal at home, you can hold it in your hand or place it on your body.
MEDITATION
Allow yourselves to become comfortable. Uncross your arms and legs with your feet on the floor. You can also be laying down if that is most comfortable.
And on the next breath in, bring the focus of your awareness to the dantien point, about an inch and a half below your navel. This is that single note that holds you into this physical form; that beautiful physical form that you are. Allow the breath to come in with ease, then exhale, inviting any stress or tension from the day, the week, or the times to dissipate and dissolve as we prepare our sacred container of connection to invite in the beloved presence of Mary Magdalene.
On your next breath in see, feel, allow, or imagine a golden line of light that drops down from the very center of your dantien. Down through the root chakra, down through each leg simultaneously, and then out through the soles of the feet. All three lines of light converging at the earth crust chakra and sink. Sinking down layer by layer effortlessly to the core crystal at the very center of the earth. Allowing this golden line of light to receive a beautiful amber light of life force from the core of the earth. Allow your being and your body to drink up that life force as it shoots up back through the earth. It begins to energize and revitalize each layer of your field, pulsating with amber light back up to the dantien, up through the belly, the chest, the arms. This nurturing amber life force begins to lift any density in the field and down into the cellular matrices that now begin to pulsate in amber golden light.
This begins to move up to and through the heart center, up through the throat, the head and out through the crown of the head, as you begin to bring your awareness up through the higher realms to the throne of divine consciousness where golden light begins to pour down filled with sacred geometric formation...raining down upon your field in infinite light. Breathe this light into your cells and feel the expansion.
On your next breath in, invite your consciousness into the very center of your heart space, into the Holy of Holies. There is a sacred chamber filled with rubies and rays of deeply healing ruby red light. We invoke the cosmic consciousness and vital life force of azumar, cistus, cypress, and myrtle. We invite this frequency to penetrate and permeate down to the cellular consciousness, the molecules, the subatomic structures, down through the portal of the DNA to the mother and father bloodlines at a potency of 10 mm NOW.
Breathe as your field begins to recalibrate. We invite the sacred presence, light and holiness of Mary Magdalene, who steps forward before you in this sacred chamber of ruby light. In her right hand she holds a beautiful ruby crystal that she places into your heart, awakening greater memory of your divinity, of your connection and communion with the Magdalene.
As she continues to hold her right hand over your heart, she brings her left down to your throat in blessing and initiation. The time has come for greater degrees of faith, surrender and the steadfast commitment to your light and your purpose. For the greater expression of your life force through this embodiment that you have chosen, and for your choosing to be here and now.
What is it that you have come here to create, to emanate, embody, heal, and transform?
On your next breath in, envision a silver pool of liquid light at your feet, pulsating, emanations of platinum. You are invited to place into the pool all patterns, beliefs, emotions, constructs, templates of distrust, dishonor, separation, abandonment, betrayal, all the places of profound forgetting within. Drink this liquid light and fill every nuance, space, and particle with this light; with this remembrance of your path and purpose. With the faith to step into the dark void and trust. And the surrender that you are infinitely held, guided, loved and adored. .
Breathe deeply to fully receive the blessing of Mary Magdalene. Feel it beam into every part and particle physical and non-physical...the blood, the bone, the marrow.
On the next breath in, bow in great blessing and gratitude. In great reception and thanks. We offer this healing to Earth and all kingdoms of life upon this sacred planet. That we may remember the spark of divinity and sovereignty that is within each of us and unites us as one. So be it.
If you have any oil left on your hands, you can inhale it again to complete the circuit and close the memory cell. Anchoring this healing, it's vibration, this communion into your consciousness. When you're ready, you can bring your awareness back to the present moment.
