Energy Upgrade
CRYSTAL
Tonight we will work with beautiful quartz crystals. It is one of my favorites because it has such a clear vibration and it's wonderful for everything from accelerating our spiritual growth, to enhancing meditation, and deepening our process of letting go.
In fact, it reminded me of one of my very first crystal grids. It had six pieces of single terminated quartz. To make one, you create a pyramid in a sense, you put one crystal in front of you with the point facing in and then one each behind your left and your right hip, while sitting Indian style. So you're creating a pyramid with the apex in front of you. You take one and point it to your back and then two up in front of your hip. So you're really kind of sitting inside this Merkaba. The beauty is that the quartz does not have to be big at all. This is a great accelerator also for your intention.
This grid helps to accelerate the momentum, the frequency and the materialization of your intentional practice. And of course, if you just have one crystal, that's also perfect.
OILS
Cardamom and Ginger are our alchemical oils for the evening. These came to me in a dream last weekend when I was told that these would be the two oils that we would talk about, although I was not exactly sure how we would use them. It took a few days for that to become more clear because they have so many uses, but cardamom is beautiful to open up the crown chakra. And when we're talking about giving ourselves an energy upgrade, a really pure energy upgrade, opening the crown is one of the first places that we want to bring that vibration and expansion.
Ginger, which comes from the rhizome is a very earthy grounding essential oil. It's also very nourishing. And so really expands the energy and the vortices at the soles of the feet, those chakras there, as well as the root chakra. To open that up and allow the infinite amount of energy to come down and ground through to the earth. It's okay if you don't have these oils because we're going to be invoking the cosmic consciousness and vital life force and anchoring that in our physical and non-physical bodies.
MEDITATION
Take a deep breath in, bringing your attention and intention to the dantien point. From the very center of your dantien and drop the golden line of light.
Down through the root down, through the legs, out the soles and all three lines of light meeting together at the earth star chakra and sync.
Sink deeply connecting into the very center of the earth of the core crystal.
Harmonizing and inviting the beauty and vibration of the amber life force of the earth to come back up through every layer and level of the earth back up through your body, up through every layer of the field, back to the dantien point, which begins to pulsate an Amber light.
Breathe in this light, inviting this line to move up through the belly, up through the rib cage, the chest, to the heart, the high heart, the throat, all the way up through the head, up through the crown.
Amber light through the Antahkarana, as we lift our energy up through the higher realms to the throne of the cosmic consciousness. Divine light source begins to rain golden light back down through the higher realms surrounding each of your fields with golden light, and then a sphere of golden light around our group.

We call forth the presence of your highest self, your I am presence, your teams and spirits of light. Trigger the light, light, light. And our angels, guides, guardians, teachers.
Breathing in the light. Noticing any places of discomfort or disease, lack of ease within the body, and releasing them now. Release them to the universe and breathe in light.
We call forth the presence of the full directions, and their angelic legions of light to stabilize our fields and frequency for this energy upgrade
Archangel Raphael in the direction of East. The element of air, sacred sound and thought. Come and be with us in a good way now.
In the direction of South, the element of fire, Archangel Michael. Legions of light, sacred transformation and transfiguration. The energy of the Phoenix. We welcome and honor thee now. Come and be with us in a good way.
In the direction of West, Archangel Gabriel. The element of water, sacred fluid Bonnie's upon mother Gaia, deep emotional healing, purification. The dolphin and whale. Come and be with us in a good way now.
In the direction of North, Archangel Uriel. The element of earth, the sacred ground beneath our feet. Structure, abundance and nurturing. Come and be with us in a good way now.
We call forth the element of Akasha, of ether, of all that is seen and unseen. Past, present and still unfolding. The energy alchemy. Come and be with us in a good way.
We call forth the cosmic consciousness and vital life force of Ginger and Cardamom Lavender. We invite your frequency and light into our being to anchor at the very molecular level.
Envision a fire burning before you, a sacred fire. An aroma of sweet spices permeates your senses.
Breathe in deeply as you begin to let go, to purge, to release all the energies that no longer serve you from your throat. All of the vows and contracts of limitation, separation, servitude, quietude, silence.
Place them all into the fire; the fear, the anxiety, the hopelessness, helplessness, all that, no longer serves the truth of who you are into the sacred flame.
We call forth the cosmic consciousness and vital life force of quartz. We invoke your frequency to anchor into all of our subatomic structures and particles at a potency of 10 mm now.
Trigger the light, light, light. Trigger the love, love, love.
Continuing to release into the sacred fire any frequencies, lower frequencies and vibrations from each energy center, from the root to the sacral, solar plexus, the high heart, high heart.
Now invite the soul seat to open. Moving up to the crown first through the third eye opening, circulating light. Up through the antahkarana. Up to the throne of divine light, source light.
See, feel, allow, envision the medicine of cardamom opening and expanding your crown center to higher light and as this center begins to spin, ginger activates the root chakra and the centers in the soles of the feet begin to open and expand. The vibration of quartz now clears your entire channel as it too expands allowing greater light quotient to fill every cell and particle of your being. Greater levels of light grounding through you from the higher realms deep into the earth. Greater levels of light emanating out from you, clearing and lifting the frequency of everyone you touch, every step you take and every intention you invite in.
Breathe in this pure energy and feel your body become lighter with each breath.
We offer this healing for all kingdoms of life on the sacred planet. Each and every life is sacred. That all kingdoms of life may remember the great truth and divine light within, that we are all one. That our medicine for healing is at our fingertips.
We invoke the intention for the original blueprint perfected from the mind of the creator.
For the plant kingdom to awaken a full spectrum of its vibration and medicine.
That the mineral kingdom awakens a full spectrum of its life force and medicine.
For the animal kingdom to awaken to the full spectrum of its life force, spirit medicine.
For the human kingdom to remember the divine light and great empowerment, sovereignty and truth that resides within us all.
