I have been thinking a good deal about congruency this week. Where I have it and where there is opportunity for shift. Congruence, a noun signifying agreement or harmony and compatibility. When we are in “right relationship” with ourselves we are congruent to our positive, life affirming aspects, creating flow, clarity and alignment. I like to refer to that as the pathway of ease. Have you ever noticed the contrast to experiencing life form a place of ease, where there is a natural order and flow that seems to effortlessly unfold around you. Once you find this place of magic you'll want to return to it again and again.
What pulls us from this flow? Take a moment to step back into the observer mode of your day to day life to question the places that are incongruous, that are not in harmony and keeping with your essence as a powerful emissary of light and benevolent change on this planet. Honest eyes shine light to the places of darkness inside that are asking to be healing and transformed.

Clearing Spray
add to 1 oz of distilled water and shake well
5 drops of Lemon (Citrus limon)
1 drop of Sage (Salvia officinalis)
2 drops Frankincense (Boswellia carterii)
10 drops Lavender (Lavendula stoechas)
