What is passion? How do we keep it burning and how can it fuel our lives? How do we get more? This is one of the most common questions I am asked within my community. Let’s come back to this one in a moment!
Here’s the next one! Is passion only found in the bedroom? Essentially, I’m a bit of a nerd. Any chance I get to use a book -yes, paper bound is my first go to - I snag it. Merriam Webster offers many definitions for Passion. The few that strike me are: intense, driving, to overmastering feeling or conviction, also: ardent affection: love, as well as : sexual desire.
Let’s start there! Passion in the bedroom, whether or not you are in relationship, is paramount to living a purpose-filled, vital life. There is tremendous energy and life-force held within our sensual and sexual nature. The old paradigm thinking that being spiritual means being disconnected from our sensual-sexual natures is just that -OLD! Old patterns of shame, insecurity, confusion and sexual impropriety are calling for our transformative touch.
When we are connected to our sensuality, we open the pleasure current of vital life-force that exists within our bodies and runs through our link to the earth and to the heavens above. The pleasure current paves a powerful creative path of bountiful possibilities.

Through conscious, intentional practices we can create new healthy patterns that affirm our creative energy.
As an alchemist, I often see “life relationship” in formulaic nature, in symbols-conceptually, numerically and so forth. I am so deeply connected with the realm of botanicals, specifically essential oils; I see alchemy everywhere.
I envision us as great alembics, or distillation vessels, taking in vast amounts of information and experience to distill down to the very quintessence of what we require on our quest, the hero or heroine’s journey.
This is my method to invigorate passion, consistently as a driving force in my relationships, my work, and deep within my being:
