I want to share one story before we start. Right outside from where I have been sitting to do the meditation, there is a deck.
About a week ago under the deck, we happened to find a black rat snake, which is pretty common in this area. The snake was shedding its skin, which is such potent alchemy. Snake medicine, in that regard. When we first found it, the snake had a glaze-like covering over its eyes. It was in the rafters under the deck. It went into this secluded place for safety and protection because it couldn't see very well. I didn't know that before a snake sheds its skin, it has a great difficulty seeing. I think that this is really interesting likeness to what many of us are experiencing right now.
Oftentimes when we are in the throes of quantum leaping, of transformation when evolution is right around the corner from us, we can't see clearly. It sometimes feels like overwhelm and uncertainty where so many things are coming to us at once. Today we can hold the container for grounded clarity and invite the energy of snake medicine for the shedding and letting go of everything that no longer serves the truth of who we are. We can let go of anything holds us back from being the full expression of our soul and our quintessence.
For crystal alchemy I have two pieces of amethyst. One is the traditional, more purple amethyst. l also have a piece of green amethyst, which is a little bit more rare and it's so beautiful. It's like coming into the sacred source of our hearts and that place of infinite calm, wisdom, and tranquility.
For essential oil alchemy I've been using a lot of lavender and German chamomile this week, which are beautiful for expression of communication and higher creativity from the throat chakra.
MEDITATION
Take a deep breath in bringing the focus of your attention and intention to the dantien point, beneath the navel.
Envisioning a golden line of light emanating from the dantien in the very center of your being and dropping down gently, easily, gracefully. Dropping down through the roots. And also down through the legs simultaneously moving out through the feet and meeting at the earth crust chakra, where all three lines come together in unity.
As they move down layer by layer, down to the very core crystal at the center of the earth. Sink, breathe. Connecting in with the quintessential life force. The vibration of unity that comes directly from the center of mother earth. Call forth the highest vibrational pattern and allow that to swirl back up through you in amber light. All the way back up through the layers of the earth and then out through the earth crust chakra. Coming back up the legs, up through the root and converging at the dantien point. Revitalizing the dantien.
Bathe in this amber light that's nourishing every cell, every molecule, particle, wave particle. All the cellular structures, all levels of the auric field. Bathing in the amber life force of the earth mother.
Inviting the heartbeat of the earth to quicken the vibration in each cell. As the cells are opening, breathe in light. Envision now the opening and expansion of the crown, as it opens to a violet light, coming down from the heavens from the higher realms, from the throne of divine consciousness.
Violet light begins to rain down upon the auric field and through the crown to the third eye, which begins to pulsate and expand peace and clarity.
Breathe and bathe as this violet light begins to pulsate down through the hara line, recalibrating the brain and nervous system. Cleansing and realigning all energy vortexes, all chakras. Above the head wall, all the way down through the field. Expanding the heart. Letting the heart fill with this violet light. Nourishing, recalibrating the cells, moving down through the chest, the belly until the violet light begins to merge with the amber light and the dantien point. Strengthening the dantien.
Deepening the connection to the earth. Continuing to breathe in as the energy bodies realign. The pineal begins to activate.
Where does your soul long for a greater experience of freedom? Drink the violet light into this intention and any part of the body where it is held.
Invite the violet light in to expand and nourish the cells in this part of the body. Invite your essence to expand in this place within you.
Breathe in the light. Breathe in your love into the space.
Breathe in the breath of freedom. Free to be as big and bright and bountiful as you dream of being. That is your birthright. That is the path you paved for yourselves, and in doing so you pave the way for others to awaken to their own freedom and life.
May the flame of freedom within your heart continue to illumine that light in all of those that you encounter.
We offer this healing light to the earth and all kingdoms of life upon her.
May the plant and mineral kingdoms awaken to the full spectrum of their medicine, their healing, their vibration.
May the animal kingdom awaken to its fullness of life force, of vitality.
And may the human kingdom remember the divine spark of light, of freedom, of love, and unity that resides within every heart and every soul. Connected as one.
Breathe in a deep prayer of gratitude to yourselves for carving out this time and space for communion with your own divinity, as well as each other.
A prayer of gratitude to the heavens above, the earth below, the light, all around us.
In the light of the one. So be it.
