Every month we work with a different goddess. And why is that? Because every goddess has a unique aspect of her light and her gifts that she brings to us in the awakening process, helping us to excavate those certain qualities within us as well.
I'm passionate about many different types of alchemical interventions. Meditation as one and essential oils, or aromatherapy, which is the core of my work. Crystals and sacred geometry also serve as potent alchemy, and aligning synergistically with a varied number of these assists us to navigate within our soul framework to excavate our own quintessence, our own unique light as we transform through our own healing spiral.
I do see it as a spiral because we're really spiraling inward to that deeper connection with our own essence, our Divine self and spark to be able to illuminate that light out in the world in our unique manner of manifestation.
One of the things that we do every month for the goddess group is anointing each other with the essential oil formula. Just because we're not together physically, doesn't mean that you can't do that in some way, if you have your own essential oils or even simply olive oil. Some of the oils that are in the Mary Magdalene blend are spikenard, and cistus or rose of sharon. These ancient biblical oils activate latent wisdom and universal understanding in our DNA and assist us in clearing deep levels of trauma.
You might not have that, but you might have some of the ylang ylang or sandalwood, or even jasmine. Select what oil or combination is available to you.
Next, I will mention crystals. They are very potent interventions from an alchemical perspective, because they contain vibration.
Similar to a computer, they're able to send and receive information. So when we're working tonight and doing the meditation, and within the meditation there's healing that occurs, you can infuse the crystals that you have with you.
Amber is a beautiful stone and has a similar resonance for this healing with Mary Magdalene. It's a resin and I like to use this for working with Mary Magdalene. One, it really helps us connect with the ancient wisdom of the earth, but it also helps us to open our sensual nature, which is very much part of the medicine that Mary Magdalene brings in the form of sacred sexuality.
The other thing that's really beautiful about amber is that it helps us to regenerate at the DNA level. And when we're working within the sacred circle and ceremony with the divine feminine and the goddess energy, we're really opening ourselves to perspectives of receptivity, to heal at that DNA level, through the mother and father bloodlines.
Take your essential oil or your essential oil formula and put a few drops into your left hand. What I'm going to be using is cistus oil, and a little bit of spikenard. Spikenard is renowned from a biblical perspective because it was spoken that Mary Magdalen bathed the feet of Jesus with spikenard.
It is a wonderful oil for us to open our hearts and open our third eyes. It communicates at the DNA level with ancient wisdom. Inhalation of pure essential oils offers an immediate response within the brain, body, mind, and spirit.
Due to the profound connection between the olfactory system and the limbic center that regulates so much of our physiology mood, memory, and emotion, when we inhale an essential oil, we are able to create new, potently positive memory cells and new neural pathways through this process.
These aromatic molecules are not just connecting into the brain, but they're communicating at the level of the blood and the bone, and the DNA they're coming into the chakra system to expand the chakras for receptivity as well as all of the Meridian points. The aroma is part of the invitation. When you anchor that invitation with your intention, it becomes not only a more potent synergy or medicine, it becomes a medicine that's unique to you to exactly what you need in the moment, which is so important.
I am mixing a drop of cistus and a drop of jasmine, both of these oils are in the Mary Magdalene formula because it has such an affinity with all of the main centers around sensuality, second chakra and the heart, aligning the heart with our sensual nature, which is so important. And then bringing that up to the third eye, which when we do the healing today, you might notice some energy moving up your spine- that's very, very natural. Just remember to breathe. After the session, drink a lot of water.
Now, your crystals also are going to be great ways that you can infuse your intention by adding your essential oils to the crystals, and then holding them either in your hands or putting them around you in a configuration, depending on what you have.
You don't have to have the amber. You can have quartz. Quartz is great for meditation, or I even love a selenite. Selenite wands are really excellent too for meditation, and these are very helpful to not only again open the energy bodies, but to accelerate the process of spiritual evolution.

I started out every monthly goddess group with this invitation, which came to me a number of months ago. So feel free to take a deep breath in, open your hearts, open your mind.
Soften and deepen your breath.
You are the keepers of sacred magic, the template of the divine feminine protector of the Holy Grail, the goddess, the Holy of Holies. She is known by many names. Mary Magdalene, Isis, Hathor, Quan Yin, Hecate, Venus, Aphrodite, Diana, Freya, and Gaia. Keepers of the sacred flame. You are being called to come together in community to be held, seen, to heal your wounds, our wounds of separation, of struggle, and profound forgetting.
Together we will awaken, shift, heal and evolve, stepping forward with our unique light, truth, and expression of the divine and physical form. As we heal one and awaken, we heal the many lifting, the planetary vibration and the collective consciousness. Together, we will unite all the aspects of her beauty, wisdom, power and grace, and we will rise as one, shining in our greatest love.
Allow that resonance to move through you.
Mary Magdalene's story is shrouded in mystery with many teachings that are tremendously germane to us right now as consciousness on the planet is elevating at a quantum rate and we're shifting and transforming as this new earth. As we know, those processes of growing aren't always easy and pain-free, and again, working with the meditation gives us the ability to bring the higher vibrations through the auric field and ground them in a very focused way and a unified way, especially when we're creating group circle and group hara.
It is so important to support each other and to come together with a calm perspective, despite everything that's going on around us, because we are those trailblazers of light that are finding ways to deeply heal and transform ourselves.
We can be the light in greater ways to pave the way for others. We invite Mary Magdalene's truth, her wisdom, her deep love and reverence for visceral teaching, clearing and activation. Some of the qualities that are very specific to Mary Magdalene are mysticism, as we mentioned, sacred sexuality, divine adoration, surrender, unity, consciousness, and the expression of the authentic self, which is so profound and so needed right now, as we're coming together in new ways as a unified humanity.
This meditation is going to be, in part a reclamation of our sensual empowerment, and new ways to honor ourselves, forgive ourselves, and to bring healing light to this aspect because it opens and paves the way for us to connect in with our own aspects of mysticism.
We don't necessarily have to be in partnership for that to connect to our sacred sexuality. There's a great book called, The Magdalen Manuscript, by Judy Scion and Tom Kenyon. It's not only a beautiful story from the perspective of Mary Magdalene, but it speaks to the alchemy that's possible when we connect in with our central power. From the tantric perspective, when we're connecting from a physical, emotional, and spiritual manner, and aligning with the sacred sexuality, it becomes possible to access the zero point field of limitless creation. We are able to move into a different reality of creation to be able to take those longings that are held high in the heart and be able to actualize them in physical form in our lives.
MEDITATION
Take a deep breath in and please bring your focus to your dantian point about an inch and a half below your navel. That single note that holds you in physical form, that tone that is unique to you.
And from here, we're going to invite in the intention to drop a golden line of light down through the root chakra, down through the legs, out the soles of the feet, and those three lines of golden light merging at the earth crust chakra. And effortlessly sinking down into the core crystal at the very center of the earth. You may feel a sense of warmth or tingling in your body right now, which is completely natural.
And at the core crystal, we call forth the highest vibrational patterning from the core of mother earth, goddess Gaia that is available in this moment to come back up, swirling with amber light back up through the layers of the earth. Through the earth crust chakra and back up through the soles of the feet, the legs, up through the root, back to the dantian point, which begins to pulsate and swirl in amber light.
This amber light now moves up through the hara line. Bathing each cell and regenerating each cell, with the renewed life force of mother Gaia. Amber light, moving all the way up to the heart. Pulsating in the heart and recalibrating all energy centers from the heart all the way down through the auric field.
And on the next breath in, we called forth the presence of the goddess, divine mother, the Holy of Holies, Mary Magdalene. Envisioning a cobalt light shining down from the throne of the cosmic consciousness, source light.
We invoke the presence of our guides, guardians, spiritual teachers. We call forth the presence of the angels of the four directions, Raphael in the direction of East, sacred sound and thought, and the element of air.
Archangel Michael in the direction of South, the element of fire, sacred transformation and transfiguration.
In the direction of the West, we call forth Archangel Gabriel, the element of water, sacred fluid bodies upon mother Gaia, deep, emotional cleansing and purification.
And in the direction of the North, we call forth Archangel Uriel, the element of earth. The sacred ground beneath our feet structure, solidarity, safety, and abundance.
In the direction of ether we call forth akasha, of all that is seen and unseen. Past, present, future.
All unfolding in divine order, divine, perfection, and grace. We call forth our I am presence. And from the universal and cosmic perspective, we call forth the highest level of light quotient available too, in this now moment, in accordance with your I am presence.
Breathe and bathe as this cobalt light begins to rain down upon every layer of your auric field, bathing your cellular consciousness and the frequency of divine light, divine order. Energy centers from the heart all the way above recalibrate and realign.
Breathe in deeply this cobalt light into your heart space, into the zero point field, the dimension of effortless creation potential.
Now see, feel, allow, imagine the presence and energy and vibration of Mary Magdalene standing before you. Open your heart to receive her sacred mysteries.
Angel of God, guardian dear, please come into my sacred seeking heart. Today I will experience a miracle, surrendering my defenses, opening my heart and aligning with the will of the creator.
From your heart to the heart of the Magdalene, put forth your intentions.
Breathe in the cobalt light to every cell, every molecule, particle, subatomic particle, down through the portal of your DNA, into your mother and father bloodlines.
Allowing this healing light to come through your genetic lines, mother, father, mother's mother, mother's father, father's mother, father's father. And so on.
You'll notice now that Mary Magdalene raises her right hand palm up. And from this hand, a platinum light begins to emanate from her palm and fingertips.
And she places her fingertips now on your sacral chakra. Cleansing, clearing, purifying. Releasing shame, guilt, distortion through the timelines to purify and restore the original intent for sacred sensuality as a portal to creation. Creating love through form and spirit, stylizing matter with the light of divine love.
Breathe Deeply, as we call forth the template of the divine feminine, the holy grail. The imprint of that divine feminine in perfected light, love, and empowerment. We imbue every cell with this frequency igniting the spark of divine consciousness through the entire field of light.
Breathe and bathe as you envision Mary Magdalene before you, and this time raising her left hand and little green light begins to emanate from her palm and fingertips.
As she places her fingertips upon your heart and your high heart, cosmic heart, activating sacred symbols throughout your field and cellular structures.
The Goddess emparts a gift to you. That gift could be in words, symbols, color, any other imagery that you can see, feel, allow, or imagine. Inviting the gift of her sacred blessing. Allow your field to recalibrate with this frequency, but this light.
Offering a prayer of gratitude. We offer this healing to earth and all kingdoms of life upon her, the plants, the minerals, the animals be activated with a full spectrum of their vibration, life force, medicine, light, for their original intent from the Creator to be activated and connected around the globe.
And for the human kingdom, may we remember our own divine light and that we are all one.
Offer a prayer of gratitude to the goddess, to Mary Magdalene, prayer of gratitude and blessing. Gratitude to all of the light beings above around us.
Take another deep breath in of your essential oils to close the memory cell that you may revisit at any moment, with the same aroma, unlocking the healing, the medicine, the connection, the sacred circle that we have cultivated here tonight. So be it.
