Every week in our virtual Seeds of the Spirit meditations, we have a focus. This week’s meditation is on transmuting resistance, which is something we all have and experience. When thinking about this topic, I reflected back to a little over a year ago when I started writing my book and how it triggered all of these places of resistance. Why? Because this was such a dream, such a longing, such a positive intention of mine. Resistance is simply energy that's coming up for us to notice, to embrace and to transmute. In the process of doing that, we really get to look at the aspects of our lower self, our unconscious negativity at a subconscious level that arises when we least expected. In that process, it really made me consider that we have layers of it that rise to the surface as we elevate to a new level of consciousness, a new level of awareness and healing. It prepares us to peel back the next layer of the onion.
I was thinking the other day about my own process with resistance. How it really connects to a place of frozen child consciousness that has not yet been transformed. That isn't ready to fully receive and embrace our highest nature and our greatness because of the places of shadow and the places of trauma that we experienced at early ages, and of course that are seeded from any unresolved past life aspects.
For each meditation, we work with an oil and a crystal because of the power from the plant and mineral kingdoms and how vibrationally they're imprinted with all of the medicine that we need to bring repair, elevation and healing all the way down deeply at the DNA level of our cellular consciousness. Even though the plant and mineral kingdoms have different patterns and frequencies, they work beautifully synergistically. In our meditations, if you don’t have the oil or crystal I mention, or any oil or crystal at all, that’s always ok because we work with the cosmic consciousness and vital life force of both the oil and crystal.
ESSENTIAL OIL ALCHEMY
Palo Santo medicine has a very potent, grounded life force that is able to move through our energy field and cellular consciousness to release old patterns of resistance, distortions in belief systems as well as through our mental constructs, and emotional response.
This sacred oil should be used reverently and consideration given to ethically sourced oils due to over harvesting methods. However, its alchemy should still be invited in as this plant medicine is right here, right now on the planet to support our healing and elevation of consciousness.
When we breathe in an essential oil, it helps to create a new circuit of light, both in our brain and specifically the limbic center of our brain and our cellular consciousness. It opens the auric field for us to receive the vibration and fullness of the medicine, and it opens our meridian points, our chakras and even down into the cellular consciousness so we can bring the medicine through the portal of our DNA into each of our mother and father bloodlines for quantum levels of shift and transformation.
CRYSTAL ALCHEMY
Diamond medicine embodies the highest frequency for transmutation. It is a symbol of clarity and purification. The alchemy of diamond reminds us that we are the precious gem, consistently polishing our edges to shine our brilliance in greater ways. Even if you do not have the gem, you can call forth its cosmic consciousness and vital life force to infuse your auric field and cellular consciousness with its light and vibrational medicine. Envision that you are seated in a chamber surrounded in crystalline walls of diamond, quartz and herkimer diamond beaming the purest rays of transmutational light. Diamond enlivens your body and emotions. It invites your soul to shine forth and strengthens your connection and conduit of divine light.
MEDITATION
If you do have an oil at home, go ahead and put a drop on your hands and breathe it in for about 30 seconds while you invite in the clarity of your intention for tonight’s meditation and sacred space.
Take a deep breath in, focusing your attention and intention on the dantien point, about an inch and a half below your navel. This is the single note that holds you in the perfection of your human form. As your breath begins to ease in and out of your lower belly, letting all tension to dissipate and dissolve through the gentle ease of your breath.
On your next inhalation, envision a golden line of light dropping down from the very center of your dantien and out through the root chakra, down through each leg, out through the soles of the feet, and then all three lines of light converging out the earth star chakra and sink. Moving effortlessly down each layer of the earth until you reached the core crystal and commune in the sacred womb of Mother Earth. Rest your consciousness now in this sacred chamber of diamond light. Envision yourself seated upon a throne of gold in front of a sacred fire filled with the aromas of wood, spice, palo santo, sandalwood, and cinnamon. Breathe deeply, inhaling the sweet warm aroma as your consciousness rests in this holy chamber of light.
Surrounding you are crystalline walls of diamond, quartz and herkimer diamond beaming the purest rays of transmutational light. Continue to breathe in the aroma from the sacred fire, which is most familiar to your soul. Each cell within your body begins to vibrate with the frequency of swirling light from the crystals and aromatic molecules from the fire, intertwining and bathing your skin in warmth. This frequency begins to permeate your skin into your blood, your bone, your marrow, into each cell, particle, subatomic structure, and in through the portal of your DNA. Breathe in this light in and through your mother and father blood lines, their heritage and lineage, your lineage of light.
We call forth the cosmic consciousness and vital life force of diamond and quartz, palo santo, and sandalwood. We invite the resonance of your medicine, your spirit, your frequency to actualize throughout the totality of our being at a potency of 10 mm NOW.
Breathe as each layer of your field, each organ and gland, each cell, through your bloodlines. This frequency is lifting the vibration and in this sacred, holy chamber and communion with Mother Earth, Gaia, Mother of all Mothers. We invite you to place all aspects of resistance, that you are ready to release and transform into empowerment, energy, creation. Off them into the sacred fire, to the sacred woods and spice. Watch how they swirl and transform into the fire. And then that pure energy is returned to you in light, space, communion through your sacred human heart, through your love, through your compassion for self. For the blessedness of each challenge you have faced along your path, to be transmuted into greater understanding, greater wisdom for the growth and evolution of your soul.
Breathe, continuing to feel the rays of diamond light swirling through your field and cellular consciousness. Invite the places of resistance within each of your personality aspects, male female and child that are ready to be transmuted, to be placed intentionally in the fires of sacred transformation and transfiguration.
Feel the expansion within your field, within your cells, within your body, your emotions, your thoughts. We have come to set ourselves free. We offer the breath and light of Spirit to fill and continue to reconfigure our nervous system, chakra system, auric field...continue to reorganize and recalibrate our cellular consciousness to this new level of light.
We offer this healing for the earth and all kingdoms of life upon this sacred planet, you are sacred keepers of the light. May all of humanity awaken to the spark of divinity and sovereignty that resides within us each and unites us all as one.
If you have any oil left on your hands, go ahead and breathe it in to close this circuit of light, to complete this memory cell ever infused with the vibration and communion from this meditation. Anchoring it into your brain and cellular consciousness. Anchoring this light fully throughout your being.
When you're ready, you can bring your conscious awareness back to the present moment.
