Welcome to our Mary Magdalene sacred circle. During the coming months, we will be working with the Divine attributes and sacred mysteries of Mary Magdalene. Each month we will explore two aspects of alchemy from the plant and mineral kingdoms for use in conjunction with the meditations.
A great deal of my focus is working with the energy of the divine feminine, both from my own personal process and healing journey, and also from my practice of supporting men and women along the path of transformation and personal empowerment. Whether we're male or female, we all have the feminine aspect. Right now, the divine feminine is rising.
We also have the feminine through our bloodline; through our mother bloodline and through our DNA. A great deal of my work focuses on bringing light and healing of divine consciousness down to and through the DNA and through the mother and father bloodlines. With this effort and intention, we can bring quantum shifts of transformation that are completely tangible now at this new juncture of time and space.
ESSENTIAL OIL & CRYSTAL ALCHEMY
My love is creating synergy and working with alchemy, in particular with essential oils and crystals. They have such beautiful complimentary vibrations for healing from their two kingdoms (plant and mineral), and they offer us much sacred medicine to heal, not just on the emotional level, but also on the level of the auric energy field and all the way down to the DNA level.
For all of the group meditations I facilitate, if you don't have the oil or crystal that I talk about that's quite alright because we always work with the cosmic consciousness and vital life force of both. But if you have an alternative oil or crystal that you want to use, I welcome that too.
Part of the reason we work with essential oils is because they represent the quintessence of the plant and the most potent form of plant medicine. There is a special connection between our olfactory senses and the limbic center of our brain, which regulates many aspects of our physiology, specifically mood, memory and emotion. When we inhale the essential oil we are able to not only transform how we feel in the moment, we're also able to re-pattern our neural pathways. We're literally able to shift and elevate our consciousness in any given moment, which is such a powerful and tangible potential that we have at our fingertips.
The reason that we use essential oils in conjunction with the crystals is because we're able to synergize the sacred medicine from both of these kingdoms that work so beautifully well together.
You can anoint your essential oil onto the crystal, you can hold your crystal or put it onto your body. With these uses, you're able to receive the healing and the medicine not just on the vibrational level, but down to the cellular level as well. The other reason that we use essential oils particularly at the beginning of the meditation, is that it creates a new memory cell. Through the creation of the new memory cell, it then becomes imbued with the healing frequency from our meditation. And at the end of the meditation, we'll inhale any oil that is left on the hands to close the memory cell. As a result, because of the lock and key mechanism of the limbic system, whenever you smell that same aroma you're able to access all of the healing and vibration from the meditation.
For this meditation we’ll be working with Amber for both our essential oil and crystal alchemy.
Amber has a deep earthy resonance. Very similar to the crystal, these frequencies of amber at the cellular level help to unlock the ancient wisdom that's coded within our DNA. As we're working with these frequencies, we're going to synergize them with our intention to open to greater and deeper levels of sacred mysticism. And we’ll do this through connecting with the heart. It's very rare to find a true distilled amber essence, but when you do it's so remarkable, you'll never forget it.
And again, as we go through the meditation, which I'll start in a few minutes, we'll be invoking the cosmic consciousness and vital life force that will come down through the layers of the energy field. so worry, not if you don't have the particular oil. So amber too, from an aromatic perspective, is wonderful to help us open to our sensuality and our vital life force.
MEDITATION
If you have an essential oil, place a drop into the left palm of your hand, as the left palm receives higher frequencies. The palms are very potent vortices to absorb the essential oil’s biochemical aspect and vibration.
Take a deep breath into the dantian point, which is about an inch and a half below your navel. It's the single note that holds you into physical form, that unique light specific to you. Breathing into your lower belly, inviting all of the stress and tension of the day, the week, the month, and the times to dissipate.
On your next breath, envision a golden line of light dropping down from the dantian from the very center down through your root chakra, while simultaneously moving down each leg, the soles of the feet, and then all three lines of light uniting at the earth crust chakra….and sink.
Golden line of light moving effortlessly down through each layer of the earth and then anchoring at the center of the earth to the core crystal where the golden light merges with amber light, which moves directly back up through the layers of the earth, out through the earth crust chakra, and then back to the dantian, up through each leg, through the root.
Amber light swirling, as it lifts the frequency in your field and revitalizes every cell in the body. Amber light moving up through the belly, through the chest, up through the palms of the hands, through the head and out through the crown, up through the antahkarana, through the higher realms to the throne of divine consciousness.
A platinum ray of light begins to beam down and then splits into thousands of rays of platinum light that are filled with golden sacred geometric formation. This light bathes down upon you. Breathe, and as you feel the expansion through your field, the platinum light begins to permeate each cell, molecule, particle, subatomic structure down through the DNA and into the mother and father bloodlines. Blessing, bathing, purifying, expanding.
On the next breath in, invite your consciousness deep inside of your heart to the Holy of Holies, the threshold of the beloved. In through this sacred chamber, we invite and invoke the presence of Mary Magdalene. Breathe into your heart space, into the zero point field of limitless creative potential as you sit in sacred communion of her beloved presence.
Her right hand outstretched now before your heart, holds upon it as sacred flame. As she touches this flame to your heart, your own sacred flame is ignited in remembrance. Breathe and bathe in her grand light and wisdom. The flame within your heart begins to pulsate. Light begins to expand throughout the totality of your being; every layer, every level, every cell.
And with her other hand, she raises fingertips to touch your forehead, activating this flame within the pineal gland and awakening the divine code of remembrance. Light begins to pour forth from your pineal and reverberates throughout each cell, molecule, particle; throughout your cellular matrices.
Breathe deeply as this recalibration anchors into each meridian, each chakra, into the bone, the blood, the marrow, we Invoke the cosmic consciousness and vital life force of amber, we invoke the over lighting deva for the plant and mineral kingdom. We invite your sacred, sacred medicine to lift our vibration and awaken the remembrance of our sacred light, mysticism and truth.
Breathe a prayer of gratitude to the light and presence of Mary Magdalene. We bow as she gives a blessing.
We offer this healing for the Earth and all kingdoms of life upon this sacred, sacred planet.
