Essential Oil Alchemy
Bluegrass from South Africa. There’s a similar aromatic note to lemongrass as they are from the same plant family. There's something really remarkable about this oil, it has a graceful strength about it that allows its aromatic molecules to come into the auric field and cellular consciousness breaking through our senses. It can then access our core essence; the core of who we are, encouraging our “quintessence” to bubble up to the surface. If you haven't experienced this oil before, I definitely recommended it. It has such a unique aroma to it.
Crystal alchemy
Fluorite has a very unique ability to permeate the auric field with the vibration of harmony and to come into the cellular consciousness; into each of those trillions of cells that we have in our body, uniting our being. It supports us to move through aspects where our cellular consciousness, energy, emotions, and thoughts have been scattered through stress and trauma. It has a beautiful unifying ability to its vibration. It also helps balance the nervous system. As we continue to go through these environmental and planetary shifts and changes, it's a really wonderful stone to help us alleviate anxiety.
Meditation
Whatever oil you have at your disposal, I welcome you to place a drop in your palm and rub your hands together. You can have your crystal in your hand if you'd like to. You don’t have to have fluorite or bluegrass because we're going to work with the cosmic consciousness and vital life force of these interventions from the plant and mineral kingdom.
Inhale your oil. As we inhale we're creating a new memory cell within our brain and holographically through every level of our field, right down to our cellular consciousness in through the portal of our DNA. Bringing the vibration of the aromatics through the mother and father lines for healing, for empowerment.
And as you're inhaling the oil, breathe it into the heart center and know that from a perspective of effortless intention, the aromatic molecules are opening up the meridian points, which are smaller vortices; smaller than the chakras. They're opening up the chakras as well to receive the healing tonight. They're also opening up the cells to be able to receive the medicine, the vibration, and all of the shifts that we're going to experience together.
Take another deep breath in and bring your attention and intention to the dantien point. The single note that holds you into physical form. That note, that tone is unique to you, to your light, your energy signature.
And from the very center of the dantien, we're going to allow a golden line of light to drop down through the root, down through the legs, the soles of the feet, where all three lines of light unite at the core star chakra and sink into the earth.
Sinking down to the core crystal, where we invite the highest resonance of light and nurturance from our earth mother to rise back up through the earth's crust, back up through the root, up through the soles of the feet.
Nourishing and recalibrating every layer and level of the field down to the cellular molecular level, particle, subatomic particle, all the structures.
Infusing with light. Connecting in with the deep strength, safety, and abundance of Mother Earth.
Allowing all of the stress and tension of the day, the week, of the times to dissipate and dissolve.
Inviting this life force to move up through the belly, aligning the energy centers up through the solar plexus, the chest, to the heart, up through the soul seat.
Recalibrating, cleansing, clearing.
Breathing in more light into your field, into your body, to the bones, the blood, the bone marrow communing and communicating new levels of light into the cellular consciousness NOW.
Moving up through the throat, the mouth, the nose, up to the brain, circulating this light in an infinity symbol, balancing both sides of the brain and activating the pineal gland NOW.
Allowing this light to move up through the crown of the head, up through the antahkarana, through the higher realms to the throne, cosmic consciousness, source light, divine consciousness, the holy of holies.
From this throne of light, a sapphire blue-ray begins to come down and expand, surrounding the group, surrounding each of your auric fields with the frequency of sapphire, the cosmic consciousness, and vital life force of sapphire.
This light begins to repair and rejuvenate both the structured and unstructured levels of your field NOW.
Into the group configuration and the sapphire ray, we call for the cosmic consciousness and vital life force of bluegrass and fluorite.
We invoke the overlighting data of healing for both the plant and mineral kingdoms to guide this reconfiguration, and we anchor this potency through our molecular system at a potency of 10 mm NOW.
Breathe and bathe as these frequencies cleanse, clear, and repattern your system with love; activating the remembrance of your divinity, your sovereignty.
Inviting a connection now to your quintessence, your core essence. A configuration of light, divine light that belongs only to you.
Your authenticity manifests your intentions and soul's longings through this light.
What is it that you wish to create? The truth and vibrancy of your authentic self is held within each and every sound. Invite in the freedom to fully express your truth. Let your love free yourself from every constraint and construction. The flame of freedom resides within your core. Let it burn brightly.
Invite your essence to feel the entirety of your field, divine light, your divine light.
Let it fill your home, your neighborhood, 360 degrees around you.
Let it expand through your community, country.
It's around the planet in every cardinal direction.
Let it penetrate and permeate into the very center of our planet, and then back out through the cosmos.
We offer this healing to all kingdoms of light and life upon this planet and throughout the cosmos.
May the light of source awaken the deep remembrance and reverence of divinity and unity within us all.
